We provide a safe and supportive space where your little one can learn, play, and develop essential social and emotional skills. Here's what you need to know: Booking Essentials: Platform: All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our secure booking platform, Class4Kids. Age Requirement: Children must be between 18 month and 5 years old to attend. Advance Booking: Secure your preferred session by booking ahead of time. We recommend booking well in advance as spaces are limited. Terms & Conditions (The Essentials): Payment: All sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by Little Stars. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the session will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for missed sessions. Behaviour: We foster a respectful and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse entry to a child exhibiting behaviour that is disruptive or harmful to others. Illness: To ensure the health and safety of all children and staff, please DO NOT send your child to Little Stars if they are unwell. Children must be free of fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, or any contagious illness for at least 48 hours before attending. Toileting and Nappy Changes: A mandatory Toileting and Nappy Change Information Form must be completed at your child's first session. This form ensures we have all the necessary information to care for your child's individual needs. More Important Information: Settling In: We understand that starting crèche can be a big step for both children and parents. Parents are welcome to stay for a short, designated settling-in period to help their child adjust. The length of this period will be discussed with our staff and adjusted based on your child's individual needs. Visiting Little Stars: We encourage you to visit Little Stars before booking to meet our team, explore our facilities, and ask any questions you may have. Please inform staff if someone other than the usual guardian will be collecting your child. What to Bring: Please pack a labelled bag containing a change of clothes, a water bottle, a small healthy snack which does not contain nuts, any necessary comfort items (e.g., a small blanket or favourite toy) nappies and wipes. Communication: We encourage open communication between parents and staff. We will keep you informed about your child's day through regular updates.
